Toilets: Male and Female External Areas
Kitchen/Staffroom Shop Floor
Passage Ways and stairs
Key Responsibilities:
Daily
- Mop all hard floor surfaces.
- Vacuum all carpeted areas (including stairs and passages).
- Empty waste bins and place rubbish in proper receptacles on the premises.
- Remove finer marks from all gloss painted surfaces and doors.
- Wipe all telephones.
- Dust and polish office furniture.
- Remove dirty marks from light switches, kick plates, door handles etc.
- Wipe down kettles.
- Wipe down surfaces in the kitchen area.
- Wash, dry and return pots to cupboard and wipe down sink area.
- Clean toilets, Male and Female.
- General internal and external housekeeping and maintenance.
Weekly
- Polish all furniture, both wood and metal.
- Sanitize all telephones.
- Dust skirting boards.
- Some external light maintenance duties including grass cutting, sweeping and painting
Monthly
- Dust high cabinets beyond normal reach
- Vacuum all upholstered furniture.
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm
Hourly Rate:
£12.25 per hour
