What sets our AROVAC system apart is its exceptional ability to vacuum package fine aggregates like cement, a feat unmatched by any other machine in the world. This results in packaging that’s not only 100% waterproof, but also entirely recyclable.
The technology’s prowess extends further, crafting robust bags with unique Easy-Carry-Handles and expertly stacking and palletising them to create a sturdy structure.
We’ve ushered in a new era by eliminating the need for traditional paper pillow sacks and cover storage. We offer four-tier pallet stacking, significantly enhancing storage efficiency and extending the shelf life of products for up to an impressive 12 months.

Situated close to the M1 Motorway
The Reader Pinxton facility has a one-way road system and two weigh bridges for maximum customer convenience. The plant’s production capability is around 800 tonnes per day with a maximum output of 200,000 tonnes per year.
This new revolutionary method of packing allows for cementitious products to be packed into 100% waterproof plastic bags, suitable for external storage in all weather conditions, with a shelf life of up to 12 months. Reader provides a range of products in 20kg and 25kg palletised plastic bags; 1 tonne IBC bags and bulk load distribution.
Reader’s second cement packing facility, for blending special products, is situated in Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire, just 5 miles from the Pinxton facility with additional warehousing and a distribution facility.
